KL series semi-covered  E-motor feed pellet mill has the production capacity from 200kg/g to 800kg/h, but it is very light which can also be used in small poultry farm or used at home to make pellets. the principle of the small pellet mill is circular motion on a plate die with high qualified alloy steel roller through a special treatment, spindle and flat die by the action of the friction between the roll rotation and plate die, the material between the roller and template will go into gelatinization so protein coagulation changes, then pellets produced by the pellet mill discharges from the die hole and sent out by the rejection trays outside the machine, particle length can be adjusted through the incision on the small pellet mill.
